The Dogz and their makeshift line-up, glued together in a miracle fashion. Despite some rocky games, the Dogz managed to make the B-final before losing 10-5 to the Young Gunz; a classy, aggressive team.

They nearly died; then they rose; and in the end – the DOGZ walked away with their first playoff win on an epic penalty-shot – and despite a loss in the semi-final to the seasoned and classy Estevan Surge; the Dogz tied for third and walked away with $175. Thanks to the DOGZNATION for their support!

Congrats to the Surge on winning the Tourney! Dogz highlites included breakout performances by Klifford Clamitia Sollosy and Derek “The Prime Minister” Gibbs; in addition to stellar two way hockey by characters such as Wall, Kramm, and Aids. Red Dog rose to the occasion in the playoffs; for the first Dogz win… and it was an EPIC DOGZ DEBUT for Mike Shakenbake Bell.
The Crunkdogz played in the High Voltage Classic this past weekend in Saskatoon – mostly as a tune-up for their three other tournament later this year including the GC Floor Hockey Classic in a few weeks time.
The Dogz competed against higher division opponents; and while the games were chippy at times; it was a great experience. The Dogz finished a dissappointing 0-3 losing but were in every game.
Highlites including Adam “Lumberjak” O’Dell’s barking debut, The Wall’s random STD test and playing some old time blind hockey in the dark. The Dogz’ raised over $300 for Ronald McDonald House.
The 306 Crunkdogz will be back on the concrete – as they compete in the HIGH VOLTAGE CLASSIC in Saskatoon on Saturday. Stay tuned to this site as we release the schedule early this week.
Breaking news: The Crunkdogz have announced their official intentions to enter the following tournaments:
HIGH VOLTAGE CLASSIC – ROAD HOCKEY
March 13 & 14
GC FLOOR HOCKEY CLASSIC

More details to follow!
It’s being reported despite pressure and possible bribery from Team Stealth; Red Dog, due to a Crunkdogz lifestyle and a crammed schedule, will not playing any games for Team Stealth or the struggling Edmonton Oilers. There is no word yet if the Stealth will officially pull out of the SSHBA.
There were also rumours that Red Dog did not want to play for the Stealth due to the homosexual tendencies of Ryan “Bricks and Straw” Devries. Many of the Dogz feel that if Red Dog were to be in the same dressing room as the former Weyburn Eagle; he would be in extreme danger of being violated. With the Eric Tillman situation still leaving a lot of Saskies shocked, the Dogz would prefer that Red Dog stay 50 meters away from The South Hill Jama as a few beer and Robaxicin may make Devries woozy and dangerous; thus making him prone to dry humping and slapping unsuspecting teammates.
The Dogz and Red Dog have nothing against Ryan Devries; but just want to make sure the rumours are untrue and that the Chienne du Rouge can solely focus on his role with the Crunkdogz.
